Group Rate Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility

    • The group rate applies when at least 8 people sign up for the same session.

    • Participants do not need to register together but must use the same group name at the time of booking.

  2. Pricing

    • Each participant pays $12 when at least 8 people register under the same group name.

    • If fewer than 8 participants register, the standard individual pricing applies.

  3. Booking & Payment

    • All bookings and payments must be made online through our website.

    • Payments at the door are not accepted.

    • Each participant must complete their registration and payment before the session’s booking deadline to qualify for the group rate.

  4. Group Minimum & 48-Hour Deadline

    • A group must have at least 8 registered participants 48 hours before the scheduled session to receive the group rate.

    • If fewer than 8 participants are registered by the 48-hour deadline, all group members will receive a full refund OR have the option to pay the standard individual rate.

  5. Cancellations & Refunds

    • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within [insert timeframe, e.g., 5-7 business days].

    • Participants may also choose to transfer their registration to another session.

  6. Participant Requirements

    • All participants must adhere to Little Explorers Lab's safety guidelines and rules.

    • Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult if required by the activity’s age policy.

  7. Late Arrivals

    • Sessions begin promptly, and late arrivals may miss part of the experience without compensation.

  8. Changes & Modifications

    • Participants may switch to a different session at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.

    • If a group falls below 8 participants before the session begins, those remaining will need to pay the regular rate or receive a refund.

  9. Right to Refuse Service

    • Little Explorers Lab reserves the right to refuse service to any participant who does not comply with these terms.

By registering under a group name, all participants agree to these terms and conditions.
